Sworn translation pricing
The final price depends on the length, complexity and format of the document. We give you a fixed quote once we've seen it. Prices below are indicative and shown in euros (€): every order is charged in euros to any international card through Stripe, and your bank applies the exchange rate.

* Same-day delivery for documents of up to 10 pages, no surcharge. Longer files get a written deadline before work starts, normally 24-72 hours; same-day delivery of more than 10 pages carries a 30% surcharge.

Fixed price for the most common document batches. If your procedure asks for something different, I quote it once I see the documents.

Spain Visa Pack
Up to 4 documents
Up to 4 documents of up to 2 pages: FBI or police check, medical certificate, birth or marriage certificate, and apostilles only if your consulate requires them translated.

Up to 8 documents
Up to 8 documents: the above for two adults plus marriage certificate and children's birth certificates.

Up to 6 documents
Up to 6 documents of up to 2 pages: employer or client letter, police check, degree, insurance certificate, proof of income and relationship certificate; long contracts by the page.

Up to 6 documents: degree, transcript, police check, sexual offences certificate and two employer references.

Each additional document outside the pack is charged at the normal rate. 30% urgency surcharge, as with all other rates.
